I'm an individual artist — do I need a studio plan?

No. Individual artists can create a free profile to showcase their portfolio and connect with clients. However, to accept bookings through InkBookr, you need to be part of a studio. Ask your studio owner to add you as an artist seat, or create your own studio if you work independently.

Do clients have to pay anything?

No. Clients browse portfolios, book appointments, and message artists completely free. There is no cost for clients — ever.

What's included in the base plan?

Every studio plan includes the full suite of InkBookr tools: booking management, automated deposits, client messaging, analytics, a public studio profile, AI design credits, guest artist hosting, and smart scheduling. One artist seat is included in the base price of €20/month.

How does the artist seat pricing work?

Your first artist seat is included in the €20/month base plan. Each additional seat is €10/month. Use the slider above to see exactly what your studio would cost based on your team size.

How does annual billing work?

When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free — so you pay for 10 months instead of 12. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings.

What are guest artist days?

Guest artist days let visiting artists use your studio's booking system temporarily. Every studio plan includes 5 free days per month. Need more? Additional 10-day packs are just €5, and they never expire.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every studio plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after the trial ends and you choose to continue.

Question 8

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data belongs to you. You can export client lists, appointment history, and financial reports at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
